Project story

Role

Product designer at Sparq, working with product, engineering and QA.

Challenge

Make high-frequency pharmacy tasks—finding promotions, using in-store coupons and choosing cosmetics—clearer across digital and physical shopping moments.

Contribution

I redesigned the core flows, built interactive prototypes and refined interaction states with the delivery team. The work included promotions, in-store coupons and a camera-based virtual try-on experience.

Outcome

The redesign created a clearer path through the app's key retail journeys and connected browsing, promotion discovery and in-store use in one more coherent experience.
